“I take pride in putting a focus on creating great team chemistry and relationships with my players. Without this chemistry and on/off ice buy in, it’s hard to put all the pieces together to be successful. I intend on putting systems in place that are designed to help players maximize their potential while also providing our teams opportunities to be successful as a whole. I’m honored to get an opportunity to work with these guys and cannot wait to see what we can achieve!”
