Transfer Alert! Goaltender Larkin Dolan Joins ISU for Spring Semester

Illinois State Redbirds Hockey would like to welcome Larkin Dolan to the family! Dolan, a 6′-0″ 161 lb. goalie is a Carbondale, CO native. He joins the Redbirds from the NCAA D3 Anna Maria College.

Dolan chose Illinois State because he wanted to be at a big school with a lot of academic opportunities and to play for the hockey team. He intends to study business and economics. When asked about his favorite coach, Larkin stated, “My favorite coach is my coach from my 12u year because he made me want to pursue hockey.” Larkin’s biggest supporter would be his parents. When asked about his biggest play, Dolan mentioned, “The biggest assist I’ve had was after making a glove save, I got up, put the puck on the ice and sauced it up to the winger flying for a breakaway goal.” Larkin says that his favorite hockey memory is when, “after a crazy OT win, fans were jumping over the glass to celebrate with us.” Larkin is looking forward to growing as a student, expanding socially, and playing hockey. Dolan has one younger sister, Ruby.
